Test costs $41, plus 10% shipping. "Expedited Scoring". Results will be e mailed within 48 hours of receipt of completed tests. Cost is 25.00 per test. **OPTIONAL**

By ordering tests you agree to the following policies:
1. Test materials will be kept in a secure place at all times.
2. Test will be administered in accordance with instructions provided in the Examiner’s Manual.
3. Confidentiality of test contents will not be violated.
4. Test materials will not be copied and copyright restrictions will be honored. You may copy the answer sheets.
5. All test materials will be mailed back, securely and in good condition, ASAP or 2 weeks maximum. TIME SENSITIVE MATERIALS! You will be charged $10 for each day materials are late. Please inform us of your test date so that we may ship the materials in time. Tests take from 3-4 hours to administer. If you have concerns about the testing time period, please contact FACE.
6. The agreement is to rent the test for the scheduled test period and then to return the testing materials without delay. If the test is not used, all materials are to be returned immediately. There are no refunds.
7. Some test materials have been previously used and will be used again by other students. Test materials are to be kept clean and free of any marks. A charge is made for materials damaged and returned unusable. No marks are to be made anywhere except the answer sheets! Students, taking the CAT, up through grade 3 mark their answers directly in their test booklets. Students taking the IOWA, up through grade 2 will mark their answers directly in their test books. All others must mark their answers on their answer sheets. DO NOT MARK ANYWHERE ELSE INCLUDING EXAMINER MANUALS.
8. After the tests are completed and returned, they will be scored and a report will be sent by email. We will
mail a paper copy only if a SASE is included. Results can take up to 6 weeks, but can arrive much sooner,
depending on the time of year.
9. If you need your results sooner, you may order expedited scoring and report by enclosing $25.00 per
test. We guarantee your results will be emailed within 48 hours of receipt of completed test.
10. Please mark “EXPEDITE” on return envelope if expedited scoring is ordered.
11. Test results are not shared with any other entity.
